Are your t-shirts Vegan friendly?

Yes, our t-shirts are GOTS certified to ensure that our products do not contain animal-derived ingredients or have been tested on animals and come PETA-approved. The GOTS certification covers the entire production chain from the organic cotton and printing inks used.  

Are your products ethical or fair trade?

Yes, absolutely. The GOTS certification ensures safe, positive and fair working conditions and pay.

How are your t-shirts printed?

T-shirts are printed using a low-waste digital printing technology and inks that conform to the GOTS/Soil Association organic criteria. None of our inks contain animal products and have never been tested on animals.

What about your packaging?

Our packaging is plastic-free and packed using a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag together with the packing slips and any labels.

 

Care

How should I care for my t-shirt?

You can't go wrong with a cool wash at 30 degrees and hang drying. This will ensure both the print and product quality longevity. Life's too short to iron, but if you feel the need, then avoid ironing the printed design area, or just turn it inside out. If in any doubt, text your mum.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we currently ship worldwide.  

When will my t-shirt be dispatched?

Production turnaround time is between 3-5 working days, so your t-shirt will be dispatched within this period. 

When will my t-shirt arrive?

This depends on the courier you've chosen to handle your parcel. Here are some typical delivery times. 

 

Standard shipping

UK - 1 to 3 working days 
EU - 6 to 18 working days
USA - 3 to 5 working days
Canada - 6 to 21 working days

 

Courier (DPD)

UK - Next working day (after dispatch)
EU - 3 to 7 working days
USA - 5 to 7 working days
Canada - 5 to 7 working days


International taxes

We hate international taxes and duties just as much as you do, but unfortunately, we cannot get rid of them. Taxes vary from country to country, so check your country's particular rules before purchasing. 

 

What if my order doesn't arrive?

It is rare, but occasionally orders can go missing in the post. If your order has been shipped using either of the Royal Mail services then we suggest your wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (for EU & RoW) before contacting us. Royal Mail will deem the parcel as lost if not delivered within these timeframes. Lost parcels need to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we'll be unable to offer a replacement.

All orders shipped with DPD are fully trackable and we recommend you contact DPD with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution.
